What are your Customer Service hours?

We are available to assist you 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Use the contact form on the website if outside of normal business hours.

Will Forbidden Toys appear on my bank statement?

No it will not, your privacy is very important to us. The business name ‘NewOnline’ will appear on your statement.

What is the time period of shipment?

Dispatch is typically within 1-3 business days. Special order may take a little longer.

How will my Forbidden Toys turn up?

Our products are shipped out to you in either a express post satchel or brown box with only our PO Box address on the mailing label.

Will I need to be home to sign for my package?

No a card will be left in your mailbox for you to pick up your box of adult products/sex toys from your local post office.

What if I'm not satisfied with my order?

If anything you order does not meet your expectations, let us know. We will do our best to rectify any issue you may have.

Do you make substitutions for items shown on the website?
